The Strategic Innovation Office is a team of LATIS leaders that combine their strategic planning expertise, organizational skills, and related experiences to facilitate strategic change efforts in CLA. All of us also have other duties in LATIS that keep us grounded in the operational work of the college and overall context of the mission. Success in our work requires that we seek opportunities to improve and evolve our services. This, in turn, impels us to work with friends across CLA and the University to support change efforts everywhere.
