Technology Tools: Apps that help us facilitate

Here are some tools we use for facilitation and organization:

1. Google Jamboard (jamboard.google.com)
   • Allows a group to post sticky-notes on a virtual whiteboard.
   • Free. Included in the University's suite of Google apps. 
   • Easy to use for average users
2. Mural (mural.co)
   • More advanced online "whiteboarding" tool
   • Includes templates, voting, and other facilitation tools
   • Free starter account and free guests
   • Similar tools include: Miro, Lucidspark, Figjam, and more
3. Asana
   • Project management tool for teams
   • Licenses for CLA staff provided by LATIS
   • For access, talk to your LATIS Departmental Consultant
4. Zoom
   • Tech Host's checklist for running big Zoom meetings
